GRanted. Your blood was great for getting out those stains, but
you die soon after from blood loss. Your family is devestated.
Your best friend is blamed for the gruesome and bloody slaughter
that was your murder. Your mother dies soon after from a stroke,
induced by the planning of her favorite son's funeral. Your
friend is convicted and sentenced to hard labor for life. Your
spirit spends a long while in Purgatory, before being sent to
hell. Turns out you were a serial killer, and that's why you had
guts in your carpet anyway.
I wish for more work so I can get more money. D:

Granted, you work but are allowed to stop. You work until you
realise that you have made enough money for everything you could
possible want, then you drop dead from exhaustion. Simple no?
I wish I had a different pair of socks on.

GRanted, your head explodes from all the english. You're
welcome. Your family grieves and uses their blood to clean the
brain guts out of the carpet because apparently it works great.
They die of bloodloss, and since you all live in 1965, the
russians are blamed. The US and russia go to war, bombing each
other with nuclear missiles. Nuclear radiation infects the
atmosphere, mutating all life. Plants grow huge and flourish.
Animals soon wither and die, all but becoming extinct. Humans
become savage giants, feeding on each other. Earth is soon
reduced to a nuclear hell. It is only liberated when a advanced
alien race destroys earth, so that the savage humans cannot
escape and spread. THis was all of course your fault.
I wish for a nice sandwhich.

Granted, but the sandwich that appears before you is stale and
disgusting. In a fit of rage, you eliminate the sandwich in the
most horrifying way imaginable: by dropping it into a volcano.
Upon accepting the grotesque lump of food, the volcano begins to
bubble and heat up, until finally it erupts with the force of a
hydrogen bomb. A dust cloud spews across the planet while the
molten lava melts away your flesh and kills many innocent
people. Meanwhile, winds carry the dust cloud high into the air
and spread it across the planet, completely blocking out the sun
and ushering in the very first nuclear winter. All life on Earth
perishes.
I wish for ice cream. :D
