All you have to do is give a reason to ban the person above you.
The reason does not have to be sensible, reasonable or logical,
in fact this game encourages weird, radical, borderline insane
reasons.
Ex: Pretending Craze is the one above me, "Craze has been
banned for adding explosives to my pie."
