       If your map has been denied once, you need to wait 1 week before
       submitting it again with updates, failure to do so will get you
       banned from Map submission and your maps won't be accepted in
       the future, thank you.
       also you need 3+ admin  to support your map before you actually
       have it accepted. thank you
