       Steal The Area

       Hello all!
       This is my little work, is simple and easy to use it.
       I use it in my server and i wanna share it with Sa-Mp community.
       What is this?
       Is a special vehicle, located inside Area69, called "Prototype".
       Players have to steal it and take it to the checkpoint. Atfer
       they stole it they will earn extra score and money.
       Where is located?
       The prototype is located inside the Area69.
       This Prototype system contains:
       Anti abusing (there is a wait time after stealing / failing
       stealing the prototype)
       It checks if you're stealing the prototype or not when you
       connect, disconnect, exit vehicle and die.
       Don't expect much, is a simple prototype system that i use in my
       server and thought sharing here would be nice, for new scripters
       too, so they can learn.
