       Server Vip Rules

       Every VIP player has to follow the following VIP Rules.
       If not, the VIP may get warned or kicked.
       On constant rulebreaking, his VIP status will be removed and in
       severe circumstances such VIP will be BANNED from server.
       i) Don't /unfreeze at end of round:  No VIP is allowed to use
       /unfreeze command after a round has ended. /unfreeze command may
       be used only if your skin gets bugged, but it should NEVER be
       used to get back up when a round has ended.
       ii) /viptext rules:  Your VIP text should not contain any
       insulting words or symbols. Length of VIP text should not be too
       long either.
       iii) /vipshop rules:  You can buy Minigun / Rocket Launcher only
       once in a round. Do not relog the server to buy it again in the
       same round.
       iv) No spawnkilling with minigun:  [NEW] You can buy Minigun and
       use it once in a round. However, camping at other team's spawn
       and spawnkilling them with minigun is not allowed at all. You
       will get auto-killed by AC if you do that. Admins may also
       warn/kick/ban VIPs who keep spawnkilling with minigun.
