       [Rules & Format ] Unban application

       [center]Rules[/center]
       *You must mention the name of admin who banned you in topic
       subject.
       * No posting in other player's ban appeal. Only witnesses with
       proper proofs are allowed.
       * Post your ban screenshot, upload it to a good host (example:
       www.imgur.com ) and give the direct link to it only.
       * Your IP address must be mentioned in apply. If you don't know
       it, then go to
  HTML http://www.whatismyip.com/
       * You must include screenshot of the moment you got banned.
       Without screenshot, your chances of getting unbanned will reduce
       greatly.
       * Don't post more than one unban application. One application is
       enough. If it is denied, it stays denied. Creating multiple
       unban application will result in forum ban.
       * Don't spam the topic saying : "man it been weeks and nothing
       yet". Be Patient.
       * Don't PM the admins to unban you. Your ban time will be
       increased if you do that. Just post in your unban application
       about your unban, nowhere else.
       * Don't flame in anyway saying things like : "that [jackass]
       admin banned me" or "are you blind?"  You would just stay banned
       if you do that.
       * Unban apply can be made only by the banned player. You cannot
       make an application for someone else.
