** Name length and special characters :
Your requested name should not contain any special characters
like ~ ` ! # % ^ & * - + = \ | { } ; : ' " < > , / ?
Maximum length of name allowed is 20 characters.
** Similar name changes are not allowed anymore :
Changing your names similar to name of another player like
adding a prefix such as "Jr." or any kind of similar name change
which matches with the name of an already existing known player
is now forbidden even if you have proof of permission from him.
** Applying for account other then yours isn't allowed anymore :
Recently, many people have been applying to change name of other
players. This will be no longer allowed, so from now on, you can
apply only for your own name change not for others. Posting any
kind of those applications will lead them to be denied and the
applicant will be issued a forum warning for ignoring rules.

There is no need to accurately tell from the way it has been
suggested that another is wanted fit.
