lactavius was the leader of a group that was at war with BLUE.
I was lacts SIC. On page like 340 or so on the BLUE comments,
you can see comments from the war.

I think that I was just coming into B.L.U.E. when that war
started. Oneforce has been around so long, he should have been
the first one to become a High Commander.
