       Colonel Test Issue

       August 9th, 2012.  I had just gotten my computer fixed and
       noticed that a training was going on, hosted by Jlobblet.  I
       joined and there were a few others there.  The training had
       ended and Leafolozzy2402 had joined.  Majors maxkarl123,
       Orangeplatypus, and Tigerbear98 were at the training.  Jlobblet
       had left and Leaf said that blue10101 had told her that he
       allowed one more Colonel to be picked.  Leaf then did some tests
       and such.  (Part of the test is on my youtube account,
       oneforceoneroblox)  Then finally she said that she would
       announce the next Colonel.  She had chosen Tigerbear98, and for
       some reason max was promoted to Colonel also, even thought
       Orange had gotten more points than max in Leaf's test.  I
       thought for a second and realized that there are 9 majors.  I
       thought that this test was unfair because it was not shouted,
       and the other Majors did not get any chance what so ever to
       become the next Colonel.  Not only should this be shouted, a few
       trainings should be held in order to give all majors an equal
       chance to become the next Colonel.  Also, Jlobblet was promoted
       to Colonel after Leaf had held a test with only Jlobblet about
       2-3 days before this.  This is unfair to the other Majors, if
       there is only 1 new Colonel position available, all Majors
       should get the same test as the others before a new one is
       announced.  Does anyone else agree with this?  The purpose of
       this is to redo the recent Colonel tests for a more fair result.

       Blue should do it. Not many people know how specific the test
       must be.
