Empty Trainings

I have recently noticed that a lot of trainings are being
cancelled due to lack of people coming. When I hosted a
training, 2 people came but one was an HR. It seems that more
HR's come to trainings than lower rank people. Anyone else
notice this?

Sorry, I have been working on school alot. But now that
the school year is over, ill be able to work more. : 8)

Most of the time the reason is because people in other time
zones cant come then. However, the only way we can solve this
problem is DO MORE TRAININGS! Also, In my experience usually a
ton of people come (like at the final mexas raid, 11 people
came, and the BAS defend where 9 came) once you WAIT for a
while. People just need time to check the group shouts.

Blue, people come to yours' BECAUSE YOU ARE THE OWNER! =_= but
people should hold more trainings.

I have noticed that no one ever does the small things to respect
us, like call us "sir" or "ma'm".
