*A letter arrives in the DoC Council mailbox*
*A member of the council opens it up and can read the
following:*
Good day, honored council, I am sending this letter to you to
request an appellate court, because of the current director of
the department of corrections firing not just me, but the whole
department without any proof whatsoever and not ever paying us
for the work we done. I would like this case reviewed by the
Judicial Administration and a court to be opened regarding it.
In the case of me winning, I would like to be reinstated back
into my previous rank and position in the department, the
current director to be revoked from his current position in the
department and possibly a written apology from the current
director of the department, thank you for taking time to read my
letter.

After hearing the Carson party (Daniel Carson, Andrew Davies)
the court demands them to present all camera tapes, audio tapes
provided, guards bank accounts logs, and medical proofs that
inmate Leon Walker was tortured. The court demands a testimony
of the following prisoners: Roberto Mendez - Monica Perez -
Pablo Mendez.
The court will make its decision at Friday 5th October 2012.
Until then the following guards may continue their DoC duties.
Daniel Carson, Andrew Davies, Djarkovic Wake, Zane Joyce, John
Price; Samuel Grech, Pedro Romero, Lucas Donnelly and Mark
Price.

Judge says: The court has received camera tapes proofs that
supports the warden Niccolo Maccini in purging the department.
*Judge presses a button that starts a video in the big screen of
the court*
Judge says: This footage shows Officer Andrew Davies urinating
on the prisoners.

Judge says: This video tape will show us a horrible thing, this
was found by our investigatores inside department of corrections
control room.

Judge says: As you can see, this is inmate Daniel J Donegan
being shot in the stomach by Deputy Daniel Carson the plaintiff.
Judge says: The court suspends both Officer Andrew Davies and
Deputy Daniel Carson from their duties. They will be arrested
and detained untill they provide evidences that deny this. They
can also still provide other evidences that proof that the
warden is corrupt and promotes corruptions.

** Roberto Mendez hands the report to the Judge's
representative. It's telling its reader about what happened to
him during the torture by officer Davies and deputy Carson and
about he was shoot in his penis by deputy Daniel Carson. Also
the medical check of Roberto Mendez after a torture is attached
to the report file.
... After officer Davies shot me, he started pouring the wounds
with spirit or some other thing which caused a lot of pain to
me...

... And then deputy Carson arrived and inserted Davies's handgun
in my mouth... After what he took it out and shot me in my
penis, hitting the right ball. Medical check is attached to the
report.

Judge's mailbox.
"Dear Judge,
I have to admit what Davies said during the court - I did wrong
by harming one inmate for an insult and another one for not
giving us the information. But I don't agree with him about I'm
the most corrupt officer because deputy Warden Daniel Carson
is.... But you know the reason why I hit the guy resisting to
give me and Davies information about where he took drugs from...
It's Warden's order. He was surely lying he took it out from the
garbage... Well, all I want to say... I apology. I know I did
wrong and I apology. If I have to be punished - well, let it be.
But I hope I won't get fired for those mistakes... Because I did
them first time and I understood I did wrong and didn't continue
that.
I'm waiting for your decision, your honour,
Department of Corrections sergeant Andrew Williams."

escorted out of the room ,and there are several signs of torture
on his body.**
Here is what you demanded , your honour , and these injuries
still hurt me.
