Taar S Pavlovich

Born on 1st March 1989 in Russia (Siberia, near Anabar River).
He moved to United States at age of 18 after finishing a High
School in Moscow. Some of the best universities in United States
offered him grants because of his talents in astronomy. He
managed to finish his university and after that he worked for
one company that was doing researches in Las Venturas in Area
51. Year after working in Lab of LV Military he did triple
murder of his family members, wife and two kids. His wife
Viktoria was Russian model she moved to US after Taar was done
with university. Details of her death were described by his
mother. She stated ''He (Taar) was never agressive, that day
after we finished our meal he asked Viktoria to clean the
dishes, she refused saying that she will do it later. After that
Taar suddenly turned to be really really mad, stabbing her with
kitchen knife multiple times. I attempted to stop him but he
knocked me with back of the knife. Few minutes after that he
ended the lives of his two children, Maxim (2) and Natalia
(3)''. Details about these two murders were never released in
public.

Currently Taar is in Blueberry Prison with visible health/mental
issues. Strange moves and acts are very often in his case. He is
avoiding contacts with humans as well as he is avoiding to talk.
Emotions changes are very visible as he can laugh in one moment
and cry in second.

He is 27 years old with long dirty beard that is making him look
40-45. His mental issues can very often lead him to act like 10
years old kid to adult.
