4.01) Tell us about your self and why you wish to join the San
Andreas Medical Department (min. 200 words):
My name's Michael Decker, and am thirty years old, some may say
that's a late age to change your workplace, especially if
stable, I beg to differ. I was born in San Fierro, on a silent
night in May, quite recently had my birthday. I've left my
former work-place after that, this was back in June or July if I
remember correctly. During my childhood, I was a straight A
student, which has brought me success in getting admitted to a
high prestige college, also in San Fierro. Going through medical
school was, I can say, the hardest phase in my life, yet it was
surely worth going through. Shortly after finishing it, I've
gathered enough money and rented out an apartment in Downtown
San Fierro, they weren't really cheap, but I managed with the
rent, food, bills, so on. I've always wanted a career in the
medical field, in a position that's worth it, I didn't feel like
being a nurse, but not a heart surgeon either - yet, something
more than a paramedic. After settling down in the apartment,
I've got my diploma and with the courage I've mustered, I
applied for a position in the staff at the General Hospital in
San Fierro. Needless to say, there were hundreds if not
thousands of applicants, and to my luck, I was one of those
whose applications have been approved. I've worked there ever
since I was about twenty-two, that makes it around eight years
of expertise and dealing with situations in this and that field,
which proved useful and had added to my knowledge. I've felt
that I needed to explore, and thus I've decided to move to a
quieter place, Red County. I've had enough money to buy out a
small home for sale in one of the main towns, Palomino Creek. A
few days later, I've read the newspaper and talked to a few
locals, there's been rumors the Prison's Facility is lacking in
the medical department, and so I thought I'd be of aid, this
being the only career field I'm interested in. As a person, I
don't have a lot of hobbies, I like reading, and perhaps
exercise. I can say I'm a mature person, that's always focused
on his job.
4.02) What makes you different from other applicants that may
want the same position (min. 75 words):
As I've said, I've graduated the medical school with marks that
one can be proud of, and in school, I was a straight A student.
I've also been employed in this field of a career before,
involved with medical departments, the one at the General
Hospital in San Fierro. During the eight years of work there,
I've gathered enough knowledge and experience to be at a
superior level, above other applicants. I'm also a great
co-worker, I like working with a team, and enjoy doing my job -
not only do I enjoy it, I'm also great at it. I'm a mature
person, respectful and loyal, also a quick-learner, and I could
adapt to the prison environment in no time.

7.10) What motivates you to join the San Andreas Medical
Department
(min.75words): Well, I've seen the Medical Department of DOC is
missing doctors and paramedics, so I've thought I'd apply for
this, I've also been a medic on other servers and I've plenty of
experience in this field. I've done surgeries and whatnot, I
find it non-roleplay that the medical department of the prison
facility has no doctors to respond when inmates are killing each
other, and instead of constant revives, there could be actual
medical roleplay being done. Healing people, surgeries, removing
bullets. I'm not a graet fan of medical roleplay but I enjoy
doing it if the counter-part is willing to as well. I want to
see how good I'd perform here.
