Sorry for "partying" in the report,
I was the witness as well,
When he cuffed your hands,
Did you /report it to admins in game?
Or did you /pm him he was wrong?
For him it was like you didn't resist at all, You just kept
standing there like nothing happend as i remember.
+ Why didn't you report right away?
Did you wait for a great reason to revenge or something?
If it's like this, I think it's disgusting to do it.
This report is useless,
If you would show any SS of you pming to him to fix himself and
he refuse to,It would be true and not false.

from the medical department & I passed the academy, you didn't.
