This is a simple tutorial on how to fix the apparently broken
Quote button.
The truth is, the Quote button isn't broken. Currently, your
profile is set for it to place the quote in the "Quick-Reply"
section at the bottom of the page. If you don't want to use
Quick-Reply, follow these steps.
1. Click on the Profile button at the top.
2. Under "Modify Profile", click on "Look and Layout".
3. Scroll down to the bottom of this page, look for "Use
quick-reply on topic display:", set this to "don't show at all"
Do not forget to click Modify Profile at the bottom.

Thanks for reading, your quote button should now lead to the
default "Reply" page and place in the quote.
If you want Quick-Reply, you can change this to "show, on by
default".
