4/7/2014 - Small Forum Updates

[BETA] Removed quote pyramids - Just a test to see if this
works, but multiple quotes inside a quote (nested quotes) should
no longer be allowed.
New Board: Forum News/Updates - Just added this board so I can
log all the updates.
Added restrictions to signatures - Various restrictions added to
signatures.
Other small stuff - Improved a few functions here and there.
Probably won't notice anything ;)

It's becausse signatures appear below user's posts. Until the
forum admin fixes it, we have restrictions on our signature.

Probably not, I just haven't found out how/where to disable it.

It can be a huge pain at times, it's not as easy at it sounds.
SFM doesn't have very good Administrative navigation. You gotta
know where the stuff is.
