How many posts are necessary to edit your forum profile?

I'm unsure of where to post this, so I'll just post it here:
How many posts do you need to edit your forum profile?
I've already checked from posting something else, but I still
can't edit my forum profile. Also, I would like to change my
name from "Whocares99" to "Who Cares99". Is there a way to do
that?
Anyway, if once I have this post it still doesn't work, I'll
hopefully be able to reply on this topic repeatedly without
looking like a spammer/badmin until it works.

I believe that this issue is unknown. I think it is 2 or 5. I am
doing everything to fix this, but I'm not sure it is fixable.
