       7/7/13 - Add-On system improvements

       Hello Forums,
       it's been awhile since we've been having a cool add-on system,
       or since we've actually have HAD one.
       I'm honestly scared about what add-ons I download, and I assume
       you are too. If you aren't you should be, though it's very
       unlikely (nearly impossible actually) that you will download a
       zip file that will execute a massive virus. What I mean is, with
       torque script someone can easily put codes in to give themselves
       admin when they join, or trust, or they can crash your server.
       If they use TCP correctly, they can basically shut down
       someone's server. (Or they could just use torque script to crash
       a server. So that when some action is taken or when someone says
       something, it uses the 'crash();' command.). Or they can clear
       your Data Blocks.
       Anyhow, I'll be making a system that assures everything is safe.
       List of things that will be implemented:
       Website that allows you to download from
       Website that allows you to upload
       Reviewing by me and other admins
       A site coded by me so things can be more dynamic and awesome
       Sharing system (Share addons with your friends, so you can share
       add-ons without people screaming at you that you stole it)

       Yeah suggestions are welcome! I'll post 1 week before launch
       date. It'll be awhile though.

       Just for those wondering, I do approve these changes and Mango
       is in charge of the Add-Ons/Files section of BL2.
