Clinr121/Affex/Kalar - Launched DDoS attacks

Some of you (mainly me and Mango) remember Clinr121. We both got
his hosting service. Anyways, he shut it down.
Well, last August, Saxophone launched a hosting service. Clinr
(aka Kalar) had apparently installed a DDoS program within the
system, codenamed "Unicorn." Saxophone found it:

As you can see in the image above, this is a full set DDoSer.
You have a data counter, a large "Attack" button, and a target
IP, as well as delay times and all. This was all set up by
Clinr, who admits it here:

Recently, Clinr got a new key. "Affex" Chat with him:

I've made my notes in bold. Other chats with him. Here's another
chatlog, this time him trying to cover up his trail.

Well, well, well. I also have chatlogs of him claiming to be
Bipolar and Autistic. I'd prefer not to show that.

Recently, Affex (Clinr) and Kong123 made a hosting service
together. Luckily, I never applied for a server. Him and Kong
eventually shut it down.

Me and Clinr had once set up a connection between our computers.
I told him I needed to go make dinner, and he said he'd add an
add-on I wanted. While making dinner, he installed the Add-On
and an unwanted file. Somehow I never knew what it was, and
thought nothing of it.
After me and Clinr had connected servers, I noticed my internet
speed had dropped exceedingly. So I got a CBMHost server. While
adding my Add-Ons, I decided I was going to find out what
"Script_Unicorn" was. I looked at the script and found out it
was an add-on that was to alter when my server posted to the
Master Server/RTB Server. The script also rejected users that
tried to connect, deleting their client before they'd connect.
Inside the code, I find this.

Also, apparently sometimes when I host I get DDoS'd. I matched
the IPs with Clinr's.
As you can see, Clinr121 (Affex) is a really bad person and
should be avoided at all costs.

Clinr121 (Affex) is a mentally unstable 8 year old child, who
has nothing but a computer and parents who buy him anything he
wants. He thinks he can get away with anything honestly.
