       An unwritten rule enforced by BL2 Moderators has been added to
       the rules. Please screw me for not adding this earlier, before
       banning MrLOL 20 times.

       Changes
       - Original Rule 6 removed. (No off-site links)
       - New Rule to replace Rule 6. (No trolling, was an unwritten
       rule)
       - Will be changing Stickied posts.
