Mango - Spamming My Website?

For some reason, Mango (I think) is sending me these little hate
comments on my website. I matched both IPs from Mango on this
forum, to the comments via Weebly. Pictures:

I don't know if this is Mango but whoever is doing this stop. I
am not blaming it on Mango, I'd be able to proove it if I could
track the MAC addresses.
Mango, if this is you, STOP. It's not funny. I thought we made
up? What's wrong now? ._.

It makes sense now. I was wondering why some of my files have
been deleted, on my computer. I keep myself logged in, my cousin
(age 11) has been ruining my computer, I wouldn't send you hate
messages Blake. my cousin has been spending almost every night
at my house. I'll speak to him, get passwords for my computer,
sorry blake, I am truly sorry. I will take action, this is
unacceptable.
Wow, he was posting on my Blockland.us forum account.... he's
been browsing through pornography sites.
