       warp free boats

       when i first warped free there was hundreds of boats in the area
       but now you have to swim quite a way to get one and it gets a
       bit annoying.
       I was thinking you could add a admin shop with boats for free so
       people could just take one each time they needed.

       Or they should just make the freeman warp right outside the
       prison. Maybe have like a prison exit made but have it blocked
       off (Like a guard says your still in prison if your not freeman)

       I just refilled them, but there where still ±40 boats left and
       only 10-30 blocks from the warp.
