[FIXED/ADDED]Feedback: New Mines

I like the idea of mines for people but I think the murderer
mine is better than the serial killer mine :P
M mine contains Lapis(500 per 16), Redstone(160 per 16) and
Diamonds(500 for 1)
SK mine contains Glowstone(not sellable atm), Gold(250 for 5),
Coal(450 for 8 ) and Sponges(10000 for 1)
Lapis and Redstone are a bit skewed as they drop more than one
per ore so according to the minecraft wiki
"It drops 4-8 Lapis Lazuli shards"
"Redstone ore drops 4 - 5 piles of Redstone Dust"
so if we take 4 for each ore that means lapis is 500 per 4 ores,
gold is 200 per 4, redstone is 160 per 4 and coal is 225 per 4.
I'm pretty sure that means the murderer mine is actually better
for making money (and diamond is more useful than sponge+gold)
I know that is ignoring glowstone, diamond and sponge but as you
can't sell glowstone and diamond and sponge are different rarity
values and not really comparable.
This is also ignoring fortune but that just means the murderer
mine gets even more unfair as all the blocks are effected by
fortune whereas only 2 are affected in the serial killers mine.
I cannot think of any good solutions for this but i think any
solutions will have to be done taking rarity values and selling
price into account (codebreaker, we need your help ;) )
Thanks for looking and i hope you agree with me :)

Agreed, Sponge occurs only once or twice per mine reset so
ignore its value. Even if glowstone had a value the serial mine
is still poor but I think just switching the mines would be bad
as they do kindof have materials in order of rareness.
I would say we could do with diamonds in the serial mine instead
of coal or something like that. Coal is less and less useful
when you progress as farming becomes more common so i dont see
why it dissapears in the murderer mine then comes back in the
serial mine.
If glowstone goes on sale for about 160 per 16 it will roughly
equal the redstone.
Gold needs to be more valuable whatever, iron sells at 200 for
one sword (2 ingots and one stick) while gold would sell at 120
for 2 ingots, and so i suggest tripling its value. This would
put it above both iron and lapis per block.
Presuming gold is as common or more common than lapis and the
same with glowstone and redstone, these changes would, i think,
put the serial killer above the murderer mine.
Also on a related point, as there are two shops for clay, one
could be set at say a stack per sale instead of 5 for people
wanting to sell lots of it at once.
hope this helps :)

uhmmm... How would you know that it appears only 1 or 2 times
per mine reset? I haven't seen the mine completely empty?

Okay i changed the prices of redstone and lapis. 16 redstone for
400 / 16 lapis for 280.
I haven't locked this topic though as I am unsure if people are
satisfied with the currnet state of the mines atm.
Please continue to add your feedback.

gold's price still needs increasing as in tim's post tripling
its value would be effective, it is still easier to make money
in M mine and you've only decreased the value of the M mine, you
need to make the SK mine better aswell, perhaps swap redstone
and coal between the two mines and make glowstone powder
sellable.
