Looking For Fiona Training!

Hey guys,
since my previous account is no longer available for me, I had
to start over and I created a Fiona. (Hammer, on Jer's advice
:P)
But I suck at it, and keep dying.
So could someone train me a bit with tips and tricks and
whatnot? I'd surely appreciate it. :)

I never used a Hammer myself and prefer sword (no idea why Jerry
gave you the hammer suggestion anyway, since you need alot more
ATT speed as with swords).
What you should learn is:
feather dash
XE-heavy stander cancel (works with sword, no idea if it works
with hammer)
speed of your attacks so you get a feeling if you can squeeze
attack in or not.
Fiona is all about timing and judging if you can get another
attack in or not. Small shield is your friend and there is
nearly no need for the large shield.
Sadly I can't give you hammer specific tips.

I gave the suggestion because hammer is awesome. Just fun to
smash everything away. I also warned him that it's slow and
difficult to control, much more difficult than swords :)
