Information for guildraids

Hello people!
as you know, we're trying to host guildraids every day. Since we
only have a handfull of people that are able to host raids for 8
people, it may be that some days we won't be having a guildraids
hosted. As a leader, I'll take the responsibility to host as
much as I can, but help is ALWAYS WELCOME!
Now, you have to know that hosting raids isn't easy. There are
usually quite some stages to do, and we're trying to have the
party filled with only guildmembers. It's really difficult to
keep everyone statisfied; because of that, I'll put some rules
below:
- Stats don't matter! Everyone's welcome, the first ones to
respond at the promised guildraid's time, gets the spots!
- Guildy's ALWAYS have priority over friends or randoms.
- If the party is not strong enough, the hoster can make the
decision to skip/replace a stage.
- When someone leaves the guildraids while there are still more
raids to be hosted, he/she loses his spot. When his place is
filled with a guildy, this person will have priority and won't
have to leave to make place for the people that left earlier.
- When someone disconnects in a raid (Thanks, Nexon!) this
person keeps priority in next hosted raid (if the stage is not
re-made).
- Have fun! Don't join guildraids if you're actually not feeling
like it, the guild is for fun and we want you to have fun.
To all members out there that think they can host guildraids,
contact me. I'll make sure you'll have a test-run to see if you
can host.
Raids are usually hosted at 19:30, if you want to host raids
please let me know before this time.
Paralel guildraids are also possible, two hosters, two parties.

I would also add:
Make sure you have enough HP potions, feathers etc before
entering the boat.

Well as we talked before. I'm usually busy at that hour, but
i'll try my best to join guildies on raids. :-\
