       [Event Update] Get various Items through Valentine's Day Event!

       Valentine's Day is coming!
       What a romantic day!
       To celebrate Valentine's Day, we have updated several items for
       Event.
       All players could get Elite Character Slot and Valentine's Day
       Package.
       We hope you enjoy Valentine's Day Event with various Items!
       1) Elite Character Slot Event
       - Period: 13 - 20 Feb 2013
       - Description : You will get a Gift Box when you create a
       Character with this Slot
       2) Valentine's Day Package Event
       - Period: 6 - 20 Feb 2013
       - Description:

       [li]You can acquire the Event through Conversation with
       Mysterious Man[/li]
       [li]You will get [Sweet Chocolate] which the Boss Monster
       drops[/li]
       [li]Collect 3 [Sweet Chocolates] and give them to any NPC you
       want (Only 1 time per day)[/li]
       [li]You can exchange them into 1 [Chocolate with NPC face]
       (Untradeable)[/li]

       Effects When you get [Chocolate with NPC face]

       [li]You will get the Title [Expressing Love] when you attend the
       Event for 3 Days[/li]
       [li]You will get the +50% EXP (7 Days) Potion[/li]
       [li]You will get +10 Enhancement in Lv. 70s Weapon (7 Days)

       - Same effect with Superior HP Potion
       Sereuha Chocolate
       - Recovers Stamina and HP/ 14 Seconds
       Dolores Chocolate
       - Increases ATT + 300/ 10 Minutes
       Nieve Chocolate
       - Increases DEF +300/ 10 Minutes
