       Improvement (and yet more pills!)

       Blake was continuing to lose weight due to lack of appetite and
       nausea.  Dr. Srinath and Dr. McKiernan decided to try a steroid
       medication in addition to Blake's current medications. On May
       16th  Blake began steroid therapy.  (Prednisone).  If anyone
       thought that he had a lot of pills to swallow before, that was
       nothing!
       Our dosing instructions:
       WEEK ONE:  4 pills, twice daily
       WEEK TWO: 8 pills, once daily
       WEEK THREE:  7 pills, once daily
       WEEK FOUR: 6 pills, once daily
       WEEK FIVE:  5 pills, once daily
       WEEK SIX:  4 pills, once daily
       WEEK SEVEN:  3 pills, once daily
       WEEK EIGHT:  2 pills, once daily
       WEEK NINE:  1 pill, once a day
       That's a total of 308 pills for a nine week period! Whew! The
       good news, we are already seeing results! Blake is no longer
       taking anti nausea medication or pain medication.  And he's
       eating! He still tires easily, but this is a huge improvement!
