I feel like **** has matured enough that he should be unbanned.
However, stricter than normal rules should apply, and pending
that he breaks a rule (ie, PVP without permission from both
parties, greifing (modification of blocks outside of his own
territory without permission, includes Guodesia); UBSR rules
should not apply here) he will go back into a state of ban.
Not sure what Bla thinks, but I'm guessing he will agree.

What about spelunking? Just making sure it is consistent because
"modification of blocks outside of his own territory without
permission, includes Guodesia" could conflict with that,
although I do know exactly what you're talking about.
Edit: Just to be clear, I don't have anything against him
spelunking, I just thought it might conflict with that
particular statement.

I agree with unbanning b-ong. I don't see any reason to set
stricter rules for now, just warning b-ong to be very careful, I
would rather judge based on specific situations.
It's not his fault if someone accidentally punches him.
