****, your reaction to the ban is the most childish thing I have
seen anyone on the server do. Your constant spamming on IRC
against me, your language against me and general hatred of
everyone has led me to the conclusion of banning you from the
server permanently.
Bla can override this so bug him, not me. Bye!

First of all, I made Yqt and admin because I trust Yqt and
because I think Yqt can make fair judgements. That is why I gave
Yqt the tools to ban people etc. Yqt is now also a judge, but I
can also judge if people disagree with Yqt's judgement. Is that
an understandable reply to the first paragraph and last
sentence?
As for land and revenge, that is a completely wrong way to deal
with a problem. If you think you've been treated unfairly, you
state why and then we find a solution to that problem if you
were truly treated unfairly. Taking revenge in Blacraft,
deliberately annoying other players, is equal to vigilante
justice, that is not ok.
You continue to refer to your peninsula as your own, but the
fact is that it is disputed, and the endless dispute was the
reason for what happened to it, not that it was "unclaimed".
The fact that you have tried to spam Yqt on IRC for this is more
evidence to me that you're sadly not responsible enough to play
on Blacraft, even though it isn't "officially" linked to
Blacraft. The fact that you decide to annoy other people and
thus fuel conflicts further and cause more trouble for everyone
instead of trying to find solutions to the problems and listen
to other people tells me something about you that I can't simply
ignore. So, sorry about this, it was fun playing with you when I
played actively with you, I hope that you will understand these
things at some point in the future so that you can play again -
and everyone can enjoy playing with you as well.
Based on what has happened I agree that the ban shouldn't end
before we've seen a clear reason that **** is determined to stop
annoying other people, whether it's in Blacraft or elsewhere.

Intentionally causing trouble for other players or intentionally
wasting their time, for example, you spamming Yqt on IRC.

Bla, what about the items that are not collective storage?
Obviously and rightfully, b-ong could protest about it, but um,
if darvince takes over the territory, then that would basically
solve it. Otherwise, what should we do with them?
I was going to make a post about it yesterday, but then realized
that I didn't want to seem too much like being a vulture or
something by asking so soon.
Edit: I looked out of curiosity and apparently getting banned
does not lift the protection lock *sound of b-ong yelling 'YES!'
in the background*. Not that I was planning on stealing his
stuff.

Sry i deleted my account it's not my falt (or maybe it is) that
i have adhd's thingy. somethings i can concentrate but then i
get bored and...
So if i leave and come back in the summer will that count
as "stop annoying" or do i have to be active and not be
annoying?

ok adhd is very common, so what you happen to have a more severe
case of it?
also, i accept bongatar, only if it is added to the "nation" of
SKA. the collective storage should become private chests to me
btw.

You need to show that you're determined to not annoy other
people. Leaving and coming back in summer doesn't show that
you've realized what you did wrong. I can't give you a guide on
how to show that you can respect other people. We will have to
judge from how we see you treating other people.
As for ADHD, I see, there's nothing to do about that, and it
wouldn't be fair if it meant you couldn't play on the server,
everyone should be welcome. I also know from the past that you
can play and respect other people. Do you think that would be
possible in the future also? Are there any things we can do to
avoid trouble?
