       Both of your questions have been answered on this forum
       recently.
       My stronghold doesn't have a end portal but there is a thread
       (mostly) dedicated to it.
       And by public I mean making it easily accessible (rail route 5
       extension). The rail route 5 extension also has been brought up
       on the forum recently and work has already begun.

       It would be a lot easier if you specify, as there are 2 forums
       and 2 strongholds.

       I'll take control of it if ok. My future plans are to extend
       rail line 2 to it, build public infrastructure like storage
       nearby, and extend the road from Quonbla to it. Everyone will be
       able to use it eventually.

       I did put a rudimentary storage in the portal room, it just
       contains random stuff.
       For finding the location, see the small brown spot in the
       southern part of the swamp on the water? That's where the
       entrance I made is. Also, I secured the area around the entrance
       underground the best I could, but you know, wait til you see the
       crazy cave gen down there.

       I found it from the coords on the image you posted. I built a
       public storage near the water, on the ground. I might continue
       work soon.
       There's a small shelter with a bed I built into a cliff some
       time ago a bit north of the storage.
       But yes a small village with public sleeping center, forge,
       station, mining central potentially, would be nice.
       Line 2 ideas:
       Blue Ink Factory - Earthquake Forest - Quonbla - Swamphold (-
       Jungelot - Darvwnse-a)
       Blue Ink Factory - Earthquake Forest - Novascotchara - Jungelot
       - Swamphold
       Potentially, one of the rails going the other way from Spawntown
       could be extended along the route going through Novascotchara,
       and head to Jungelot from there, then to Swamphold or
       Darvwnse-a. And line 2 could go through Quonbla and Mudkipzania
       instead. In any case, there are many unused routes heading south
       of Spawntown compared to north.
       Maybe Swamphold should annex Jungelot, which would turn into the
       municipality Jungelot Cove, since it's small anyway.

       Rail route 2 should be expanded westward before route 3, 4 or 5.
       There isn't much in the way of new territory claims in the west
       and the remaining routes should be reserved for the east.
       I like the idea of route 2 ending in darvwnse-a though.
