i don't care at all
the 'regions' are just big pieces of land to me, like
desertopia, kaktoland, ampluterra. and the 'municipalities' are
just cities or towns or farms like chroma sheep, blaze farm,
pine hill.

I prefer municipalities. Regions should be renamed provinces.
Thats how I manage UYP atleast. White line is the federal
limits, yellow is provincial (ie Aahrus is a province) and red
is a municipal limit (ie Capital is a town, but I'm thinking of
making a "Capital region" eventually :P ).

Wait, but UYP is a different 'state' right? So it doesn't affect
the UBSR. Or what?

UYP basically acts like regions in UBSR even though it's
officially a seperate state. See UBSR's law.
