It's not a very big region and if you've built the stuff around
it I think it'd be fair to include one of the other areas in the
region as well. But I can agree to 448.

Nah, I haven't built anything outside of the marked region, and
I don't really plan to either. I think it's fine as is, I'd be
alright with starting the voting.
