Ventopia contains an end portal that generated in the new 1.13
terrain. I wish to claim this as a formal region. Naru and Tuto
would have free building privileges here.

a road to the surface from the underground end portal, then a
small walled city on that peninsula that juts out to the south
and also, walling the acacia village to the east so it doesn't
get killed by zombies
