My request to move Timbalta to a new area is as follows.

1. I want to abandon my existing region, and perhaps let anyone
else take it.
2. I want to move here, where there are more resources and less
crowding.
3. I am not sure if the region I selected is too large, but I
would like to have whatever I selected.
I forgot to mention the rocky island off the shore. I would like
to claim that too.

You could claim the whole bay where the island is though, and
