Why New Portugal City? In my opinion the name sounds a bit out
of place on Blacraft, as we never had a Portugal or Portugal
City on there in the first place. :P I'd suggest renaming it.
The region looks fine though. I vote yes.

Fiah has abandoned his regions, so the region is currently
inactive.
Maybe Naru or someone else who helped develop it should consider
taking it over.

proximity to the Dothian Desert. If someone who helped
build/establish the area claims it I revoke my claim.

Yeah I'd prefer to give it to either Naru, blotz, Darvince or
Osmotischen because they helped develop it. Blotz expressed
interest in the IRC so I plan to give it to him.

Ok, I was only planning to really keep it intact if you ever
wanted to come back. I maybe would have built better
infrastructure between the 2 regions and kept the area looking
pretty.
