This claim is about a mining outpost I am planning to build.
Also second part of my expansion project, since nobody is
claiming land down there I figured i'd put it to use.

Banned for landgrabbing or are you just choosing a random reason
because he wanted to ban himself.
How come he wanted to ban himself anyway? Not like he is on real
often.

Not banning him from landgrabbing, but I since he's banned I
don't think he should claim areas that are currently empty.
