Alteus (New Wyverncliff) [Approved]

Wyverncliff has fallen. Fascist mooses have imposed marshal law
and quontex stole a pickaxe as well as murdered peaceful
protesters. So TheMooCows is running to the North, and founded
Alteus (known to the villagers as New Wyverncliff) where he
hopes to stay away from conflicts.
He has requested that the world of Blacraft formally recognizes
Alteus as a sovereign nation.

This is acceptable. I didn't really want to take part of kip's
land and didn't want to hog dark oak forest all for myself

Ok, I can vote for the region above.
(The borders of Vatallus are from before cropping, so now
they're just pretty random in the new lands and need an update)

So it was quontex that griefed Wyverncliff or what happened?
Kind of massively far from civilization (though, so am I), but
okay. I don't have anything against the region, so that'd be a
yes.

I don't know what happened in the old Wyverncliff, but if any
actual griefing happened, you should tell me, because that's not
ok. My impression was that TMC is fine and concented with
whatever happened there.
