Oh kol.
Well, something that's easier than having to run through all the
usernames in-game would be nice, but that does solve it. Kol.

I'd like to see this idea revisited.

Bka shrunk The Molten Empire, so between Molten and Matolony?
Foresia is closer to spawntown and also empty, Quonbla might
also work.

We could turn some of the unclaimed land which was earlier a
part of Quontia into a community region yes.
As for converting regions, I think we should at least try
contacting the previous owner before doing it, or use the /seen
command (if that works) to see if the owner has been offline for
a year. If Quontex has been offline for a year, I think it's
fair to turn Quonbla into a community region.
Ventus is still active occasionally and manages Foressia, so we
need his permission to do that.

there's a flaw in this one year thing, if a newbie just joined
and left after a week, then we would have to wait an year to
reclaim that territory? idk about you but we should make some
kind of non-linear equation or just benchmarks

If a newbie joined and left after a week it most probably hasn't
even claimed a territory. If it does, I'd say keep the rule just
for the simplicity, I don't think it's a big problem.

Right so, idea:
A region is divided into areas (50 by 50?, doesn't really matter
the size) and people can claim them if they have a specific use
for them (ie farms, a house or whatever). This would create a
more community kind of town, rather than just a Spawntown where
you need permission to build something.
