       [font=arial]*Do not post on a report if you're not the reporter
       or the reported player. (If you have useful information you can
       just Forum PM an  Administrator)
       *Do not go off topic.
       *Do not insult/flame.
       *Do not report a player on someone's other report. Make your own
       topic when reporting someone.
       *Use the Correct Format when reporting someone.
       *Do not bring someone's history in a report. For example:
       "Remember you insult me a month ago"
       *We do not accept edited images.
       *Do NOT report hunt. if you do it multiple times, you might get
       bannned.
       *Do not report someone for something that is not against the
       rules.

       [font=arial]Breaking the Section Rules
       [/font]
       [font=arial]Breaking the Report Section Rules will result in
       forum-bans and warns. The first time you do it you will be
       banned for 24 hours from the Board, a second rulebreak will
       result in a 3 days ban. If you still don't have enough and you
       break the rules a third time you will be banned for 1 week. Any
       further rulebreak results in always one more week. Here is an
       example:
       [SaT]2Pac. - Posting in Report ( first time ) - Banned for 24
       hours
       [SaT]2Pac. - Posting in Report ( second time ) - Banned for 3
       days
       [SaT]2Pac.  - Posting in Report ( third time ) - Banned for 1
       Week
       [SaT]2Pac.  - Posting in Report ( forth time ) - Banned for 2
       Weeks (and so on)
