       My training

       After our live feed today and thinking it would be good to have
       a board where we can discuss fitness. I’ll go over my training.
       I believe in a combination of strength training and functional
       fitness. Focusing around the 5 core lifts.
       My week looks like this
       Monday
       Warm up with jump rope
       Bench flat heavy
       Incline dumbbells with rotation of weights
       Barbell stationary lunges. Heavy
       Sumo squat heavy
       Finish off with dips
       Butterflies
       Tuesday
       Functional day
       Battle ropes (will change different techniques till burn out)
       Kettle ball snatch
       Box jumps
       Decline sit ups
       Wednesday
       Start off with jump rope warm up
       4 sets of pull ups with body armor
       Deadlifts heavy
       Back row with landmine heavy
       Curls with ez grip bar
       Dumbbell curls. Hammer curls or isolated curls
       Thursday
       Sandbag cleans
       Battle rope again
       Slamball
       Kettle ball swings
       Farmer walk with heavy kettle balls
       Agility ladder
       Pistols
       Box step ups with sand bags
       Friday
       Kettleball thrusters for warm up
       T, I, and Ys with resistance band to warm up shoulder joints and
       prevent damage
       Strict military press standing heavy
       Squats heavy
       Shoulder dumbbell  flies
       Kettleball upright rows.
       Depending on time. I may add things in here and there and change
       up occasionally. Usually Saturday and Sunday I rest.
       As far as diet. I try to eat a light protein breakfast. Like
       Greek yogurt. Or something. During my workout midway through I
       start drinking a protein shake. About an hour after that I eat
       some sort of meat.  I csrbs.
       Thought the day I eat various sorts of protein. Many are snacks.
       I can do a live feed on thee if you guys would like. I’m not a
       calorie counter. I generally just try and eat a lot of protein
       and not much bread or useless carbs at all. I do not drink
       sugared drinks. Only water, sparkling water, black coffee and
       the occasional diet soda.
