       People who are allowed to post in a ban appeal topic are as
       follows
       &#9679; Person who got banned
       &#9679; Administrator who banned the person
       &#9679; Lvl 4+ Administrator can post in any topic they want.
       But if you have proofs against the guy who got banned, you are
       allowed to post otherwise you are not.
