       In-Game Rules
       In-Game Rules. These are the rules that are followed by ALL of
       the server players and admins. you can also see these rules by
       using the command (/rules) In-Game.
       Do Not use any kind of bugs that gives you advantages over
       other players. Using these bugs will get you kicked from the
       server until they are removed. Failure to remove = Ban.
       Do not cheat or hack. Hacking or Cheating will result in a
       permanent ban that you can appeal on the forums.
       Do not insult other players or administrators. Insulting
       players or admins will result in a warning. This is also classed
       as provoking. [0/3 warnings] reaching 3 warnings will get you
       kicked.
       Do not flood/spam the chat. flooding and spamming the chat
       will result in being warned. [0/3 warnings] reaching 3 warnings
       will get you kicked.
       Do not score farm as its considered exploiting. - Score
       farming will result with your stats being cut either 5% or 10%
       depending on how bad the situation is.
       Do not car park players. Car parking players is not allowed
       and for every second you are car parking a player, you will lose
       -10HP which kills you faster than them.
       Do not spawn kill. You will be warned for spawn killing.
       [0/3 warnings] reaching 3 warnings will get you kicked.
       Do not ask the administration team for score,money. Earn
       them legitly. You will be warned for asking for score/money.
       [0/3 warnings] reaching 3 warnings will get you kicked.
       Baserape/baseraid is not allowed. (Attacking bases with
       heavy vehicles) - Baseraping will get you a warning. [0/3
       warnings] reaching 3 warnings will get you kicked.
       C-Bug is not allowed outside of the arenas: /cbdm and /dm. -
       Cbugging will get you a warning. [0/3 warnings] reaching 3
       warnings will get you kicked.
       Following these rules will keep you on a good track and will
       also help you out in the long run if you want to ever try to
       become an admin.
