       Forgotten Password Recovery Format

       This is a format that you will need to post with your answers to
       retrieve your password back. This format will be used for
       account recovery only.

       Score / Money (or image of /stats, if possible):
       When you started playing:
       When you stopped playing (last logged in date):
       Any further information you could add to help us retrieve your
       account: [/code]
       If at any point you remember your password you are able to post
       on your thread saying that you've remembered it and so on.
       Also, if you do this are the admins are unable to believe or
       have a valid reason not to get your account back because of Lack
       of Information, you will be able to do this 2-3 days and next
       time try to add more information into your answers to get a more
       successful response and maybe even quicker.
