       Complaint Regulations

       Recommended to follow the regulations as guideline to avoid
       useless posts.
       Do not flame others in the complaint thread.
       Do not reply to the complaints that are useless.
       Do not bump your thread for it to get attention, wait patiently.
       If you are not witness nor part of the complaint, do not even
       try posting on it.
       Keep the Complaint always in-topic, do not try to go off-topic.
       Post actual screenshots as an evidence, Administrators are not
       there to get evidence for you. Unless it's a serious matter.
