When upgrading from Bl4ck0utB2 to B3 is it ok if i restore from
backup?

So yeah as the title says if i am on Bl4ck0ut B2 now (haven't
installed it yet but when i do i will set up as new iphone and
mess with files etc like mad for performance etc) so yah from
that backup will there be any performance degradation from that
fairly new backup onto when Bl4ck0ut BŁ comes out?
Or should i just set up as new iPhone again?
