I had this problem on my 3g and it was because of a restore
problem and the touchscreen wasn't well installed (software) try
restoring and it should work

tryed nothing works, its like its not even touchscreen anymore

yea ur probably right because iv only installed bl4ck0ut and
whited00r and not stock so ill try fresh restore

Scrolling text... When the text says Slide to Unlock, is that
scrolling animation there?

To see if it is frozen on the lock screen or if the touch
doesn't work. He said it was almost as if it were frozen. Maybe
it is?

tried it doesnt even show me touching it, nothing happens when i
touch it, it just shows the thing but it wont respond to my
touch
