I'm 100% sure it works on iOS 3 as this has been downloaded over
10,000 times and hasn't had one problem.
On the iOS device you need to go to terminal and chmod it!
terminal:
su root
alpine
chmod -R 0755 /Applications/WDReminders.app/
the respring!

permission was already set like that, even after doing this it
doesnt open i cant even see the default.png :s

could you extract the one from whited00r please? so it will
works on ios 3 :)
