Downloading IPAs without safari download manager

If you wanna download IPAs from lets say Bl4ck0ut St0re on you
iDevice but dont want to install the safri download manager you
can get download iCab Mobile browser and with that you can
download IPAs and put them via iFile to Installous...
newest version requires 4.3, but version 6.0.1 still works on
4.2.1
