.deb for White Icon Labels

Hey guys, can someone make a deb or something that adds White
Icon Labels with Text Shadows? With that and Bosspaper we can
make a faster homescreen wallpaper!

i will make a simple file with white icon labels, and try to
update it this week with an automated deb that will disable
native wallpaper,put bosspaper and white icons labels :)
