Did you delete the opengles-2 line on N82AP.plist?
EDIT: Try also giving permissions on Springboard file:
User:Read,Write,Execute;Group:Read, Execute;World:Read,
Execute.(right click on the file->Properties).

no i havent done it yet but make sure you haven't deleted more
that that one line? or have you deleted opengless 1 and 2 lines
on N82AP.plist? as well as in the springboard file? making it
not read anything?

Does this only happen to my device? It is stuck on the Apple
logo when I change the OpenGLES 2 to 1 using the Hex editor. I
have waited 20 minutes and nothing... I can change back cause I
made a backup but still...

Well I've tried that before too and I even made sure I sent
everything back the correct way and set file permissions but it
still wouldn't boot up anymore no matter what I did so I had to
restore.

Yeah I dunno.. I don't really have any reason for editing that
file anymore anyway so it doesn't matter to me.

I tried setting permissions but still nothing... It's ok now
though. My device is sooooo fast now and I love it! Now the
annoying lines remain which is still ok I guess.

Well you could restore it and do that other thing with the
springboard file to remove the lines. This also fixes the
problem with the switcher. There's no reason that it shouldn't
work.

I really think I know what the problem is. The OpenGLES
framework probably has OpenGLES 2.0 enabled instead of 1. I will
try changing that and trying again.
